School-life is the most memorable part of one’s life. The memories made in the alma mater provide a strong foundation for the future pursuits. Saturday, 3 February 2024 was a galvanizing time at Maxfort School, Rohini as the school organised “Good Luck Ceremony” for the outgoing batch of Session 2023-24 with great joy and elation under the resourceful guidance of respected Principal ma’am Dr. Ratna Chakravarty. The stars of the event were the twelthies clad in their finery. The distinctive guests for the day were the proud parents of the graduating students who are all set to start a new chapter of their life after finishing the school. The outstanding programme commenced with the tilak ceremony of the senior most Maxfortians. The students and their parents were received with great warmth by the Facilitators. The serene day started on a pious note with the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony by the honourable Principal ma’am, Manager Sir, Headmistress ma’am, revered guest Ms. Kamlesh and the Council members of Grade XII. It was followed by a prayer to the Almighty for the wonderful students. The surroundings were enlightened with skillful presentations like highly emotional farewell song, vibrant fusion dance, thoughtful hindi recital and an amazing school voyage dance performance. Esteemed Principal ma’am, in her illuminating words, motivated the students to set their goals high and always dream big because we are only as big as the dreams we dare to live. She also wished the students good luck for the forthcoming AISSCE Board Examination and other future endeavours. The speech by Head Boy Pradyum Arora and Head Girl Kashvi Sethi portrayed that school memories are unforgettable and remain ever vivid and heartwarming. Eventually,
the vote of thanks was proposed by the Vice Head Girl Navya Kashyap. Nostalgia pervaded the ambience with a sense of mixed emotions with tears in the eyes for ending of the school life and smiles on the faces for embarking on a new phase outside the school premises. The ceremony came to an end with the refreshment hosted by the school for the students and their parents who enjoyed every bit of the moment and treasured this cherished time forever.
