Job Description

  • Teach basketball skills and techniques to students of all ages, from primary to secondary level.

Job Description

  • Organize and manage school finances; prepare the school’s annual budget.
  • Maintain and oversee all bank accounts, including the school’s debit card(s), completing them monthly.
  • Ensure that the school’s finance policy is reviewed and updated as necessary and that the school meets all financial requirements. Review and update as necessary.
  • Monitor income and expenditure in relation to the school’s budget and be responsible for all elements of cash handling, including collections and disbursements, banking and security, fundraising, and school trips.
  • Responsible for the completion of the school’s payroll, ensuring all forms, including attendance records, new joiners, exits, variation forms, and annual returns, are submitted within the required deadlines.
  • Ensure that all administrative duties, checks, documentation, reports, and returns (internal and external) are completed accurately and submitted within the required deadlines.
  • The candidate must have TDS knowledge.

As the Human Resources Manager at Maxfort, you will play a critical role in managing the school's human capital and fostering a positive work environment conducive to academic excellence. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR professional with a background in education or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and staffing:
  • Lead the recruitment process for all staff positions, including teachers, administrative staff, and support staff.
  • Develop job descriptions, advertise vacancies, and coordinate interviews and selection procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and standards.

  1. Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for all employee-related matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Mediate and resolve disputes between staff members and provide guidance on conflict resolution strategies.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes collaboration, respect, and mutual support.

  1. Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate annual performance appraisals and facilitate goal-setting discussions between staff and supervisors.
  • Identify training and development needs and recommend appropriate interventions to enhance staff performance.
  1. HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Plan and organize training programs and professional development opportunities for staff members.
  • Identify training needs based on performance evaluations and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver relevant training sessions.

6.  Employee Benefits and Compensation:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy in salary disbursements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the education sector.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
