About the role:

The Teacher of English will be responsible for delivering high quality teaching, through planning engaging lessons to enable all students to make the best possible progress.

Desired Qualifications:

• M.A in English or other equivalent degree with experience of more than 3-5 years as TGT  English in renowned School. 

• B.Ed with English as one of the subject or equivalent degree from recognized university.

• Good command over English language and content knowledge. 

• CTET qualified.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and presenting lessons plans as per the grade levels to facilitate students’ understanding and application of mathematical concepts in its wider context. 

• Developing students’ familiarity, competence and confidence with appropriate Map skills, concepts, principles, methods and vocabulary. 

• Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes. Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons.

• Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students. Correctly identify areas of weakness with individual students, tailoring lessons accordingly to further increase students’ learning. 

• Effectively communicate and collaborating with peers, colleagues, administrators and parents to meet and exceed teaching goals. 

• Performing other administrative tasks around the school if any.

• Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.

Position Title: Front Desk Executive

Department: Administration

Location: Maxfort International School, Pitampura

Job Summary: As a Front Desk Executive at Maxfort, you will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all individuals entering the school premises. This role involves effective communication, administrative support, and maintaining a well-organized front office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reception and Greeting:

    • Warmly greet and assist visitors, parents, and students.
    • Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate personnel.
    • Provide information about the school, its programs, and activities.
  2. Student Check-In/Check-Out:

    • Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for students.
    • Ensure that proper authorization is obtained for student dismissals.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Assist in general administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
    • Maintain and update student records as needed.
  4. Communication:

    • Effectively communicate with parents regarding school events, announcements, and updates.
    • Relay messages to teachers and staff as required.
  5. Visitor Management:

    • Monitor and control access to the school premises.
    • Issue visitor badges and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  6. Handling Inquiries:

    • Address inquiries from parents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  7. Mail and Package Handling:

    • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
    • Assist in sending out school correspondence as needed.
  8. Coordination of Appointments:

    • Schedule appointments for parents, teachers, and school administrators.
    • Maintain an organized calendar for appointments and meetings.
  9. Emergency Procedures:

    • Be aware of and follow established emergency procedures.
    • Provide assistance during emergency situations.
  10. Maintain Front Office Appearance:

    • Ensure the front desk area is neat and organized.
    • Coordinate with maintenance staff for any necessary repairs or improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
  • Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
