Key Responsibilities:-
* Organize, catalog, and maintain the library’s collection of books, magazines, and other resources.
* Assist patrons in locating books, research materials, and other resources.
* Manage digital resources and databases, ensuring access to online materials.
* Recommend and procure new materials based on user demand and library needs.
* Conduct information literacy programs and workshops to teach research skills.
* Oversee the borrowing, returning, and reservation of library materials.
* Maintain records of materials, check-outs, and overdue notices.
* Supervise library staff and volunteers.
* Ensure a quiet and conducive study environment.
* Manage library budgets and negotiate with suppliers.
* Organize and promote library events like reading clubs or author visits.
* Implement and update library policies and procedures.
* Provide technical assistance for e-books, audiobooks, and online resources.
* Stay updated on trends in information science and library management.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Creating lesson plans that are engaging and facilitate learning.
* Preparing and delivering classes, quizzes, tests, and other assignments.
* Evaluating student performance, set assessment tasks, and mark student work.
* Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and personal management skills.
* Communicating with students' parents during PTMs or as needed.
* Collaborating with colleagues in the subject area and assist the Head of Department with curriculum organization.
* Participating and organizing extra-curricular activities.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews for teaching and non-teaching staff.
* Manage employee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
* Handle employee records, including attendance, leave management, and personal files.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, school policies, and employment regulations.
* Address staff grievances and mediate conflicts between employees.
* Conduct performance reviews and assist in implementing professional development plans.
* Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation-related queries.
* Coordinate employee training programs and workshops to enhance skills.
* Assist in developing and enforcing school policies related to staff conduct and expectations.
* Facilitate staff meetings and communication between administration and faculty.
* Monitor and manage employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace morale.
* Handle exit interviews and manage the resignation or termination processes.
* Support in developing and maintaining a positive school culture.
* Stay updated on HR best practices and implement HR strategies to support school goals.
