Drama is greatly advantageous in boosting self-confidence, imagination, empathy outlet and indispensable of all, sociability enabling a person to face and interact unhesitatingly with the world. Keeping this in mind, an exciting and thrilling event was organized entitled ‘The Journey of Shakespeare’ held in the assembly area. In the mega event, all the students of Grade VI participated and showcased their talents in the form of music, dance, theatre and compering.
The grand show commenced with the arrival of honorable Principal ma’am, Headmistress ma’am, Ms Pratibha and our dear parents to witness the extraordinary efforts of the children. There was a vibrant welcome followed by the lighting of the lamp. It was truly a mesmerizing show as various lovely music and dance performances were presented. There was prayer dance, welcome song, drama on famous plays of Shakespeare and several foot tapping numbers. Everyone sat glued to the show and the students left no stone unturned in putting their best foot forward. The respected Principal ma’am and parents praised the efforts and efficiency of the students. The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks.
The gratitude was shown towards honourable Principal ma’am, Headmistress ma’am and Ms. Pratibha for their constant support and guidance in all the endeavors. The esteemed gathering enjoyed every bit of the glorious programme and dispersed with a sincere hope that such mega events should be organized time and again giving the students a chance to display their talents.
