CHILDREN’S DAY

“While we try to teach our children all about life. Our children teach us what life is all about.”

 

On the occasion of Children’s Day, Thursday, 14 November 2024, the facilitators at Maxfort School, Rohini, organised a special assembly for the students of Grades IX -XII. This assembly, conducted under the able guidance of honourable Principal ma’am, Dr. Ratna Chakravarty, celebrated the spirit and joy of childhood while instilling values of kindness, curiosity, and growth.

 

The facilitators took the lead in compering the event with enthusiasm, ensuring the assembly run smoothly and maintained a positive, uplifting atmosphere. The unique day started with invoking the Almighty with a soul-stirring prayer sung by the facilitators. Afterwards, revered Principal ma’am, wished the students on their special occasion and poured her blessings on the young bundles of joy and creativity. Next, the facilitators presented a heart-touching song that resonated with the students, leaving a lasting emotional impact. The lyrics and melody were both uplifting and reflective, providing the students with a moment of introspection and inspiration.

 

In addition to the musical presentation, the facilitators also delivered  influential speech. This address focused on the significance of the day, instilling a sense of pride, motivation, and purpose in the students. The speech highlighted values relevant to the occasion, reinforcing the school’s commitment to holistic development.

 

At the end, felicitation ceremony was also organised wherein the young achievers were felicitated for their inter-school achievements. Overall, the assembly was a thoughtfully organised event, and the facilitators’ efforts were appreciated by one and all. Respected Principal ma’am commended the facilitators for their dedication and the positive impact they made on the students through their presentations and heartfelt renditions.
