STUDENTS’ ACHIEVEMENTS IN EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 2023

Maxfort School Rohini has always played a pivotal role in encouraging the students to participate in various fields. Taking the lead forward, the young Maxfortians participated in various events and came out with flying colours.

Vishwaroop Education, organised First Maa Jijabai Shikshak Samman 2023 on Sunday, 8 October 2023 in NDMC Convention Centre, New Delhi. Our skillful dancers inaugurated the ceremony in a delightful manner by their performances of Saraswati Vandana and Bhakti Kaal. The talented dancers were felicitated with merit certificate for their incredible dance performance. The performers are

Our school participated in National Children Science Congress at district level. The theme for the event was-Understanding Ecosystem for Health and Well-Being. Students of Class X Rijul Girotra and Deepnashu Goswami did their research on the topic-“Green Hydrogen: Net Zero Economy” in which they explained the methods of producing green hydrogen-advantages and disadvantages. It is a matter of great pride for us that our school has been selected at the state level in the prestigious Children Science Congress. The Guide teachers were Ms Komal Garg and Ms Bhawna.

 

The students of Humanities stream along with the Facilitators visited Rishihood University on Thursday, 12 October 2022 as an experiential learning excursion. It was the celebration of World Mental Health Day. The event was entitled “Path to Harmony”. The objective was to promote mental health and its importance amongst students. Our Facilitators Ms Ayushi Sharma, Ms Deepshika Chabbra and Mr Satinder were felicitated for their commendable efforts. The students were also felicitated with the certificate of appreciation.

 

The scientific fervour was duly represented by the agile Maxfortians in GREEN HYDROGEN ECONOMY-an interschool event at VSPK International school. A team of talented students were duly appreciated for representing the school in the competition. It was a proud moment as they bagged FIRST position. The achievers are

Maharaja Agarsein School, Ashok Vihar, Delhi, recently hosted the Aura competition. Among the myriad of captivating events, one particular contest stood out – “Green Lens: Camera, Capture, and Conserve,” where students showcased their environmental consciousness through the art of videography. The theme of the event was “Sustainable Development”. Their video was not just aesthetically pleasing but also carried profound messages about the urgent need to preserve our planet. Adding to the list, Siya Bansal XI C, participated in LIPPAN ART in Columbia Foundation School, Vikas Puri on 19 SEPTEMBER 2023. She has secured first position.

Neelakshi from IX A got first position in JUTE BAG PAINTING.

Moving ahead, Kashish Solanki-X B secured second position in Shapath Patra Lekhan in the Interschool event held at Kulachi Hansraj Model School. The guide teacher was Ms Neeta Pandey.

Adding to the list, Aarav Hasti from IX F participated in the Drawing competition held at Maharaja Agrasen and bagged third prize. He has been applauded for his efforts with a cash prize of 500 Rs. The guide teacher was Ms Ritu Gupta.

Shreya Solanki VII B participated in the Collage Making Competition organized at Mount Abu Public School. She brought laurels to the school by securing first position in the event. She has been felicitated with  a cash prize of 1500 Rs. The guide teacher was Ms Ritu Gupta.

Sonakshi Vashisth of XI A made us proud by  securing second position in under 19 District Yoga Competition. This amazing athlete also achieved second position in Under 17 category of Yoga National Games. The Guide teachers were Ms Pratibha Ahlawat, Mr Satinder and Mr Brij Arora.
