It is rightly said that leaders are not born but are made. The new cabinet has been formed to invest the responsibilities for the academic session 2022-23. Maxfort School, Rohini believes in kindling the students with wisdom and responsible behavior to emerge out as the global citizens. Infusing the same, Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2022-23 was held in the school premises on Tuesday, 2 August 2022 with great zest and vigour. It became the perfect platform to permeate reliance and confidence in the newly invested office bearers. The inspiring day commenced with the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony followed by prayer dance performance. Our most dignified Principal ma’am, Dr Ratna Chakravarty, in her golden words advised the newly elected council members to imbibe the virtues of courage and honesty to follow the righteous path and grade themselves. She also elaborated on the quality of being responsible, modest and disciplined at the same time. Honourable ma’am enlightened the young leaders to adhere to the values of confidence, responsibility, dedication, commitment, intelligence, tolerance, collaboration, valour and ethics. She also opinionated that for being a leader one has to lead by setting an example. The office bearers were conferred with badges and sashes by revered Principal ma’am. The newly appointed badge bearers sealed their duties with oath and promised to do their work to the best of their abilities. Motivational song and a role play on leadership also inspired all to follow the ethical virtues.
