Gratitude is the fairest blossom that springs from thankfulness, sincerity and the feeling of humility. In the month of December, it was that time at Maxfort School, Rohini wherein the students of Class XII expressed their gratitude towards their school and their mentors by overwhelming and heart-touching Gratitude Assemblies. The five sections of Class XII made it superlative with their scintillating presentations from 27 December 2023 to 29 December 2023.
The ceremonious assemblies commenced with traditional lamp-lighting ceremony. The pious light of optimism and good wishes for the senior most students was lit by the most virtuous honourable Principal ma’am, Dr. Ratna Chakravarty. Spectacular classical dance performances provided the perfect beginning to this delightful time. The melodious choir performances were like re-living the school memories through melodies. The talented dancers left all spell-bound with their dance recitals. Words are worthy of moving the masses. This was certainly proved by the thoughtful speeches and poems by the students. They poured their feelings out with the power of oratory skills.
The event culminated with the enthusiastic and inspiring insightful words by respected Principal ma’am. The eminent leader congratulated the twelthies for their commendable efforts. She reiterated the importance of alma-mater in a student’s life. The highly nostalgic learners were counselled with the advise that every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end. It is inevitable to end the chapter of school life to enter in the world of wide-spread opportunities.
Moving on is a simple thing, what it leaves behind is hard. The Gratitude Assemblies were a thumping success. It showered the proud Maxfortians with blessings to achieve their dreams and move ahead with new aspirations and hopes at the same time with the forever welcome in their school, Maxfort School, Rohini.
