“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” – Bhagavad Gita

The epitome of noble thoughts and wisdom, Lord Buddha, once said that to keep the body in good health is a duty… otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear. And yoga is the befitting source to keep the body, mind and soul in unison. To reverberate the same spirit and to make the global citizens physically fit and healthy, 6th International Day of Yoga was celebrated on Sunday, 21 June 2020. This year it was celebrated digitally due to COVID-19 pandemic situation. The theme of the day was “My Life, My Yoga” which focuses on “Yoga at home, Yoga with family”.
