Children need to learn all kinds of words in order to talk. Verbs are especially important because they help children communicate about events in the world by combining words into sentences. Keeping the goal of activity based learning at precedence, we at Maxfort organized Pick the Verbs activity for the students of Grade I on 29 July 2019. Students were asked to pick a verb card and use that verb in different sentences. The students participated ardently and used their fancy and ingenuity to frame sentences. This way children learnt the usage of verbs in different domains and pave the way for their language to develop.
