“All kids need is a little help, a little hope and somebody who believes in them.”
Magic Johnson
Children have an inbuilt drive for discovery. We must encourage them to observe the world and feel a sense of wonder for everything in it. Curious kids turn into junior scientists with elementary science experiments and activities that bring joy in learning. To continue this drive for discovery, an activity Little Scientists was conducted from 20 January to 24 January 2020 for the children of Grade II. The activity was an integration of couple of interactive projects, entertaining demonstrations and simple experiments with children’s natural curiosity, that introduced in them a thrill of scientific discovery. Children are born with marvellous imagination and a keen desire to explore the world. With this intention, they presented different experiments from air occupies space to the use of magnetic compass. It helped and encouraged them to discover the beauty and wonder of everything around them.
