Maxfort School Rohini promotes holistic development of the learners as per the foundations of NEP 2020. Every year the school organises Annual Inter School Event Ecstasy with strong grit and enthusiasm. Ecstasy is a creative fiesta that provides ample opportunities to polish the inter-personal and intra-personal skills of the participants. Adhering to the same, the school organised the Yearly Inter-School Event, “Ecstasy 2023”, on Saturday, 26 August 2023. Unleashing fun, multiplying talent and experiencing delight, 26 prestigious schools participated in this plethora of imagination and innovation.

The esteemed Chief Guest for the day was Dr Amit Bhattacharya,a prolific educationist, Associate professor, Department of Zoology, Ramjas College, University of Delhi. The day began with the auspicious lamp-lighting ceremony. Afterwards the school choir presented a melodious prayer song. All the spectators were overwhelmed to view the mesmerising portray of footsteps in the motivation dance presentation. Our revered Principal ma’am, Dr Ratna Chakravarty welcomed the eminent Chief Guest and honoured judges. Respected ma’am infused the participants with her powerful vision. She encouraged them to retain self-belief and attain their dreams. Our honourable leader also focused on the utility of such events like Ecstasy in the holistic development of the students.  The splendid moment was the felicitation of the talented Maxfortians who have brought laurels to the school with their exceptional academic performance in Classes X and XII for the academic session 2022-23. The prominent Chief Guest in his inspirational words shared his visionary outlook and encouraged all the participants to take inspiration from Chandrayaan3 achievement and the hard work of  Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Dr Homi Bhabha and Professor Satish Dhawan, the great scientists and researchers of India. The vibrant and vivacious  categories for this magnum opus were — For Classes I-II “Happiness Bearers”, for Classes III- IV “Panch Mahabhutas”, for Classes V – VI “Aakhyaan Manchan”, for Classes VII– VIII “Sukoon-E-Gazal”, for Classes IX- X “Artistic Masquerade” for Classes XI – XII (Science Stream) “Techxperts”,(Commerce Stream) “Market Hawks” and (Humanities Stream) “G 20 Vasudhaiva Kutumbkam”.

At the end award ceremony was organised to applaud the winners. This creative grandeur showcased excellence and infused all present with bliss and gaiety.As it is rightly said that a perfect beginning leaves a landmark for a great end, so it goes that the collaborative efforts and the joint venture of the whole Maxfort family certainly proved fruitful and made Ecstasy 2023 a grand success.
