Basant Panchami marks the beginning of the spring season. The festival of spring is celebrated with full vivacity and joy. This festival is also marked with Saraswati Puja.
Maxfort School Rohini celebrated this day with great fervor and enthusiasm. To commemorate this auspicious day, special virtual assemblies were organized by Grade I and VIII under the worthy guidance of respected Principal ma’am – Dr Ratna Chakravarty.
The celebration commenced with a melodious Saraswati Vandana for seeking knowledge and wisdom from Goddess Saraswati. The students were in full spirit to welcome the spring season through wonderful skit, music and dance presentation. The students shared their views on how Basant Panchami is celebrated in different regions and religions of our country by dressing up in different attires. Eventually, it was indeed a spectacular display of talent, zeal and enthusiasm and created an aura of festivity everywhere.
