A harmonious amalgamation of creativity, talent and determination was witnessed in yet another mega online celebration, Annual Inter-School Competition entitled “Ecstasy 2021” on Saturday, 21 August 2021 to exhibit various skills with the brilliant performances of the students. With the objective of aspiring comprehensive development of the learners and showcasing their originality and expressions, various competitions were held for Grades I-XII.
The Chief Guest for this auspicious day was Shri Jai Prakash Chaturvedi ji, (Deputy Secretary & Regional Officer, Delhi (West), CBSE). Our honourable Chief Guest is an eminent educationist, a visionary with expertise in the field of education. He has also made a pivotal contribution in setting up the CTET unit of CBSE and has brought revolutionary changes in the CBSE affiliation process and its bye-laws.
This year in the turbulent time of pandemic COVID-19, Ecstasy was organised on a digital platform. It was the exuberant blend of the virtual and human resources. All the participants of different schools sparkled with flying colours and participated wholeheartedly in the eclectic cultural event.
The live inauguration ceremony was a huge success. 29 eminent schools participated in this much-awaited brilliance. Commencement of the opportune day was done with the remembering of Almighty through the traditional lamp lighting ceremony, the perfect tribute to the Almighty by our respected Principal Ma’am, Dr. Ratna Chakravarty. It was followed by Shiva Stuti that proved serene to the virtual assemblage. Our respected Principal ma’am, Dr. Ratna Chakravarty welcomed the esteemed Chief Guest, Shri Jai Prakash Chaturvedi ji, honoured Principals of the participating schools, facilitators, participants and parents. Respected Principal ma’am motivated the contestants with words of encouragement and enthusiasm to get themselves occupied with the new interface of learning like participating in the online competitions for an engaging and blissful learning experience.
Our revered Chief Guest, Shri Jai Prakash Chaturvedi ji enriched the digital gathering with his golden words. He appreciated the efforts of the teaching fraternity in grooming the students for their growth and development. He also encouraged the students to participate in the inter-school competitions to polish their skills and become multi-dimensional personalities.
