“The success of the young entrepreneur will be the key to India’s transformation in the new millennium.”
-Dhirubhai Ambani
Honesty and integrity are by far the most important assets of an entrepreneur. The entrepreneurial event Build2Gether (an interschool contest in partnership with School Sharks) took place in the month of December. Out of 156 participating schools, the top 10 business ideas were shortlisted. Maxfort School Rohini won first place out of ten teams in this innovative competition, thanks to the guidance of our principal, Dr. Ratna Chakravarty.
They called our students to present their business ideas at Bal Bharti Public School, Rohini, on December 16, 2022. Our school team presented their innovative product named “LAIL” (moisturizer), which is a 100% organic product. Our business concept was the only one that had reached the stage of illumination. We took free samples of the product as well. The jury members, Mr. Devendra Jaiswal (co-founder of Kids Chaupal) and Mr. Anuj Kunwar (founder and CEO of School Sharks Tech Inc.), liked and appreciated the product of our students, and they purchased two bottles of our product worth Rs. 900 each.
With this event, our students were able to develop business and entrepreneurial skills. The team from Startup India took our student’s interview. Being an entrepreneur is a mindset. Students see things as opportunities all the time.
