You are aware that the Delhi Government has directed all Private Schools to implement the recommendations of 7th Pay Commission. Implementation thereof, would result in an increase of approx. 30% in the salaries, allowances and benefits payable to the teachers. The said implementation is to be done retrospectively w.e.f. 1.1.2016. Therefore, the school is left with no option, but to charge the fee as per the fee structure as submitted by it to the DoE under Section 17(3) of the Delhi School Education Act, for the year 2019-20. You are requested to cooperate with the school by depositing the fee at the said rate w.e.f. 1.4.2019. Failure to pay the same shall be detrimental, not only to the interest of the school, but also the interest of the staff, which is looking forward to receive its dues as per the 7th Pay Commission. The statement of dues of your ward w.e.f. 1.4.2019 shall be sent shortly.
