Diwali – Festival Of Lights 2018

Diwali is the festival of lights which marks the triumph of good over evil. When the diyas are alighted their glow illuminates even the darkest of nights which signifies the enlightenment of soul and the triumph of good over evil. It is about overcoming the darkness of ignorance and propagating the light of knowledge. Creating an atmosphere of festivity around, Maxfort School, Rohini celebrated this auspicious day on Monday, 5 November, 2018 in the school premises. The merriment and bliss was organized by Classes IV and X in the form of special assemblies. The happy faces of children added to the delight of this wonderful time. The occasion was initiated by offering prayers to the almighty. The icing on the cake was the thought-provoking skit presentation by the young artisans. Everyone tip tapped their feet on a soul stirring dance number. Speech presentation by Ms.Shashi Mishra and Ms. Neeta Pandey added to the goods. This was followed by the traditional lighting by respected Principal ma’am Dr. Ratna Chakravarty.Skits, dance and music created a delightful treat for all present. The creative extravaganza pervaded the unique message of helping the poor and needy on this auspicious occasion by sharing the resources with the deprived ones and spreading the aura of happiness all around.  All the participants rocked the show with the blend of cosmic tune and divine vision. Taking the lead forward, the school management and respected principal ma’am extended their wishes to the staff. May the festival of lights be the harbinger of joy and prosperity!
