* Oversee the borrowing, returning, and reservation of library materials.

* Manage library budgets and negotiate with suppliers.
* Organize and promote library events like reading clubs or author visits.
* Implement and update library policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:-
* Creating lesson plans that are engaging and facilitate learning.
* Preparing and delivering classes, quizzes, tests, and other assignments.
* Evaluating student performance, set assessment tasks, and mark student work.
* Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and personal management skills.
* Communicating with students' parents during PTMs or as needed.
* Collaborating with colleagues in the subject area and assist the Head of Department with curriculum organization.
* Participating and organizing extra-curricular activities.
- Greet and welcome parents, students, staff, and visitors, Direct visitors to relevant departments or staff.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, forwarding them to the appropriate department.
- Communicate updates to parents regarding events, meetings, or school policies.
- Assist prospective parents with admission inquiries and processes and provide admission forms and explain procedures to new students/parents.
- Schedule appointments for interviews and counseling sessions for admissions.
- Manage appointments for school staff, administrators, and visitors.
- Maintain records of student admissions, attendance, and medical information.
- File and organize school documents, correspondence, and student files.
- Manage office stationery and supplies, ensuring availability. Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
- Address minor complaints from parents or students and escalate when necessary. Resolve conflicts professionally and calmly.
- Relay important messages between teachers, parents, and students and assist teachers with event planning, meetings, and parent-teacher communication.
● Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including fee collection, receipts, and payments.
● Maintain accurate financial records of students' fee payments, including receipts, invoices, and transactions.
● Ensure timely deposit of school fees and other payments into the school's bank account.
● Prepare and update financial reports, including income, expenditure, and balance sheets.
● Coordinate with parents regarding fee dues, overdue payments, and outstanding balances.
● Reconcile school accounts regularly to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
● Maintain confidentiality and security of financial records and sensitive data.
● Handle petty cash and keep track of cash flow for day-to-day operations.
● Coordinate with the school's accounts team for payroll processing, including staff salaries and benefits.
● Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors for billing and payment processing.
● Maintain a proper filing system for all financial records, invoices, and documents.
● Handle inquiries from parents and staff regarding financial matters or billing issues.
● Ensure compliance with tax regulations and school fee structures, including GST if applicable.
● Monitor and manage the school's expense accounts to ensure cost control and efficiency.
● Support the principal or administrative head with financial decision-making and strategic planning.
● Oversee the overall academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school.
