- Knowledge of biology, chemistry, and/or physics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photographs of school events, activities, assemblies, sports, cultural programs, and other significant moments.
- Create engaging visual content for school promotions, social media, website, and newsletters.
- Edit photos and videos to produce polished, professional content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar).
- Manage and organize digital assets for easy access and future use.
- Ensure all equipment (cameras, lighting, etc.) is maintained and used effectively.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
- Proven experience in videography, photography, and editing (portfolio or samples required).
- Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent).
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills through visuals.
- Skilled in operating professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear.
- Prior experience in shooting events or working in an educational institution is a plus.
- Teach kindergarten students using age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to learning and development.
- Plan and implement daily activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure holistic development of students.
- Assess student progress and communicate with parents about their child's development.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Participate in school events and activities.
- Stay updated with current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions.
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / NPTT (Nursery and Primary Teacher Training)/ DIET (District Institute of Education and Training) / B.El.Ed (Bachelor of Elementary Education) /D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education)/ ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education)/ Graduate with relevant experience + B. Ed.

Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi
Classes: IX-X
Hiring for Maxfort School Rohini, Delhi
Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi to teach students from Classes IX-X. The ideal candidate should possess excellent command over the Hindi language, effective teaching skills, and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured Hindi lessons focusing on literature, grammar, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Use innovative teaching methods, including storytelling, debates, and creative writing, to make lessons interactive and engaging.
- Assess students’ progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and respect.
- Communicate with parents about student performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize co-curricular activities, competitions, and projects.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and participate in school activities and training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) / B.El.Ed with a specialization in Hindi.
- CTET qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant teaching experience.
