Current Openings

Job description:
  • Teach English language and literature to primary school students.
  • Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the needs of students.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and implement curriculum.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
  • Participate in school events and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate
- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) / B.El.Ed (Bachelor of Elementary Education) + CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) + Experience
PGT Mathematics – Senior Secondary (Classes 9 to 12)
Department: Academics
Preferred Qualification: Postgraduate in Mathematics with B.Ed. and minimum 8–10 years of teaching & administrative experience

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership:
  • Supervise and guide teaching practices in Classes 11 & 12, especially in the science and commerce streams.
  • Monitor lesson planning, syllabus completion, and academic progress of students.
  • Review and analyse student performance data, recommending interventions where needed.
  • Lead the Mathematics department, support curriculum development, and training of teachers.
Curriculum Implementation:
  • Ensure alignment of teaching with CBSE/ISC curriculum standards.
  • Coordinate with subject heads to maintain curriculum rigor and integrity.
  • Organize academic enrichment programs like Olympiads, remedial classes, and bridge courses.
Faculty Coordination and Supervision:
  • Facilitate regular meetings with senior secondary teachers to assess academic progress and address challenges.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
  • Identify professional development needs and organize relevant training/workshops.
Student Support:
  • Counsel students on academic pathways, subject choices, and career options, particularly in STEM fields.
  • Address academic or behavioral issues, collaborating with parents and counselors when necessary.
  • Oversee preparation for Board Examinations, including internal assessments, pre-board exams, and practicals.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate academic records, reports, and documentation required by school management and examination boards.
  • Liaise with examination departments to manage internal and external assessment schedules.
  • Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and maintain effective communication channels.
Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Plan and supervise events like science fairs, mathematics day, board exam preparation sessions, and college counselling workshops.
  • Collaborate with the career counselling cell to guide students for competitive exams (JEE, CUET, etc.).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master’s degree in Mathematics (or related field); B.Ed. mandatory.
  • Proven experience teaching senior secondary students.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and assessment methods.
  • Ability to mentor staff and support students academically and emotionally.
  • Experience with NEP-aligned curriculum planning and blend learning.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, ERP systems)
